The Salesforce Administrator sits within the Supporter Care Team and is part of the Marketing & Fundraising function. This important role provides essential support for our new fundraising database, Salesforce. The role is critical to the success of our Fundraising activity.

The Salesforce Administrator will maximize efficiency and capitalise on the full features and benefits of the system based on user and business needs. The Salesforce Administrator will work with internal stakeholders to understand these needs in order to administer and enhance the system.

The Salesforce Administrator will serve as the "go to" for users. They will promote adoption, keep current on new releases and AppExchange solutions, provide training, and more. Additionally, the Administrator will perform basic updates, such as add/delete users.


Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Create and manage changes to the System
  • Maintain System, Security and Integrity
  • User Assistance, Support, Training, Adoption and Satisfaction
  • Process Creation, Documentation and Maintenance
  • Data Quality, Migration and Maintenance
  • Report and Dashboard Creation and Maintenance

 

Qualifications, experience and skills required:

  • Salesforce Administrator ADM201 completion or equivalent
  • 2 to 5 years’ experience on the Salesforce system or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience working on high level tasks within Salesforce
  • Exhibits high degree of professionalism and respect for others
  • Team player
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong, demonstrable data management abilities
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
